Even though it is simulated, shouldn't that automatically make him the winner? Or are they estimating that American Pharaoh would pickup the pace to compensate for it? I don't completely understand simulation, so I may be asking assinine questions.

	I agree ... I ass u me d they wrote the program with their derby win times but as usual it looks like someone is promoting American Pharoah as a stud ... Just a quick glance at the derby times shows that 16-17 horses had better winning times than American Pharoah .... this may be one of those races programed by someone where everyone gets a trophy .. lol Page 1 contains the 20 horses in the simulation .. http://www.horseracingnation.com/stakes/Kentucky_Derby
