We bought an Equi-Vibe (also WBV but instead of circular it is vertical vibration) and honestly, best money I've ever spent. My horses look and feel great. Issues that I thought were chronic soundness issues are gone.
I stand on it with them. I was diagnosed with a cyst on my wrist and told I would need surgery. 3 weeks of standing on the vibe 3-4 times a week and it was completely gone!

We have the SI Impulse blanket... and we love it.  It does wonders on our horses.  We had a stud horse get out and attack one of our geldings right before a show.  We used the blanket on him twice a day to help with the brusies and soreness.  The gelding was not sore when it came time for him to make his runs....  Depending on what your needs are, would depend on what system you would need.  I like the SI Impulse blanket over the Centurion blanket... it is lighter and not as hard to handle.   My horses do not like the theraplates and it was a fight to just get them to stand on them...  they seem to be more relaxed and happy since we got the SI Impluse Blanket.
