| I found a good deal on an older Ammerman Ryan Lovendahl edition and was wondering if anyone had any experience with these and how they rode compared to those that are popular today? I currently ride in a Pozzi but am always looking to try something new! |

| He redid an old Wanda Bush saddle and I bought it. I love riding in it and so does my reiner friend. I am however, so sad that it doesn't fit anything I have currently. |

| I have an older Marlene Eddleman Ammerman and I love it. It is very balanced and keeps your feet just slightly forward. |

Location: In the Hills of Texas | I've had Carl Ammerman make me about 9 saddles in my lifetime. The craftsmanship is awesome.
Ryan Lovendahl went to Carl after he was having problems with the trees breaking in the saddles he liked to ride in, to make a saddle with his specs. I never owned one but wanted to try one. If I'm not mistaken...his saddles had flare in the shoulders. I would call Carl and ask him about the tree used in the Ryan's. Carl is wonderful to talk to. Location: **Cactus Country down in South Texas*** | I just bought a new one "Angle Kisses" so we will see. Seems to be very balanced from pictures, and the gullet is what I needed for a gelding of mine. |

Location: MD | I loved the older Carl's. Haven't sat in one of Ryan;s, but wouldn't hesitate to buy an older Ammerman, no matter the model. |

Location: Texas | I own a 13", a 14", a 15", a 15.5" and a 16" seat Ammerman. I have never had any problem with them fitting a horse. We just bought an Ammerman Trophy saddle that was made in 1987 for a girl I work with. We had to have it re-fleeced. It fits her 16 hand Dash for Cash Gelding perfectly. In the process of looking for another 14.5 for her. Carl and Don made all of these.
