If this is still America, the guy has a perfect right to his opinion. Â
Um yes, He can tell people his opinions, but not tell them they are not "cowgirling up" just because they are doing what they choose.
I am perfectly fine with people telling me helmets are ugly, they make your head look big, they are hot, they dont prevent injuries or whatever else they want to say, but do not say, that you are better than someone that wears something because it makes them feel a little bit safer, just because you dont like it!
Gosh America! |

I fully agree, yes he does. Buuuuut, it wasn't super bright to voice his comment on Fallon's photo, on her page, when she has such a huge following.
And while I do think his opinion is valid, his statement was directed at Fallon "telling" her to lose the helmet. It's not cool to tell others what to do.
I don't wear a hat and I don't want anyone telling me to wear a helmet.
Agreed. At first, I felt a bit bad knowing he was about to be ripped a new hole, but he posted it in public so he should reap others opinions just as he took it upon himself to direct his opinion out of nowhere on her page. On top of that, it was said in a way that alluded she was less of a woman/rider for wearing a helmet - not cool. He deserves the wrath. The manly thing to do would be to apologize - doubt that happens. |

Sure he does. And everyone else has a right to school him for it. |

Can't he delete the comment? If I were him I think I'd be deleting the comment by now. But I'm not the type to go publicly posting stuff that would receive such bash lash either.... |

I agree 100% - that's not to say he still isn't going to get skewered though! Ha! (And I'm not real sure this IS American anymore, either )!
You certainly have a point there........... |

I find it ironic that she posts all the time about not bullying, ignore the haters, etc yet she choose to unleash the Internet on this guy who probably could give a rats a@@ anyway. She is just encouraging the kind of behavior she supposedly discourages and that bad behavior is going to continue to spread. |

I was just thinking about that, BUT no one is perfect. Maybe she was having a bad day and just slipped a little on being that "better person" facade.
