This is the one I used. Noticed a difference in the horse within about 3 days. |

Gateway has all the supplements I ever need at affordable prices. Here is where I get mine and i have been extremely pleased with the results of their magnesium and natural E. I also use their substiBUTE product for my arthritic guy with awesome results.

Location: Florida | Humans need to take magnesium too. We no longer get enough because of processed foods. The list of symptoms from low magnesium is long and eye opening. Even MS can be actually a magnesium defiency. Do you sigh deeply for no apparent reason? Twitches, muscle cramps, fatigue? If so read up on magnesium. I suffered for many years before finally diagnosed. |

I'll second this. I've always been pleased with the quality and price of Gateway Products. But shop around. Sometimes you can get it cheaper at KV Supply. |

Wow, I knew I should start taking magnesium but I didn't know my involuntary deep sighs were a symptom of that... |

I agree we do need magnesium, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis going on 2 years in Dec. my joints were hurting so bad, I heard that magnesium were good to take for headaches and migrains so started taking it, then did a read up and also found out it would help if you have joint pain which I do thanks to the UC, my pain was so bad I had to start taking meds for it I hate taking more meds, so now that I'm on magnesium and vit. B2 no more pain, no more meds, just take my Mag and B2 every day. |

For myself I got the magnesium at Wal Mart, I'm taking 400mg of it, and the b-2 from the GNC store its 100 mg, I read that you should be taking 400 mg of it too but just taking 100 mg for now, I just started this maybe 6 weeks ago and I can really tell the difference. Once I do run out of the mag I will get it from the GNC store also. Not really helping with the migrains I think, but can really tell its helping my joints. |

My hands shake, neurologist diagnosed me with familiar tremors. My sister told me about taking magnesium however she was told me to buy ancient magnesium oil and soak in it. Absorbing it thru the skin is much more effective. I pour 1/2 a chance in my bath about every 2 weeks and no more tremors. I ran out and tried the oral supplement once and it not work for me. Edited to add absorption may only work for me because I may have a glitch where my body does not properly "process" magnesium as opposed to just not having enough in my diet.

I noticed my right hand shakes too, still does, maybe I need to try the ancient magnesium. I was thinking my right hand shakes from a torn muscle in my shoulder, but you never know, so going to try soaking. |
