Thank you guys for the added responses. I enjoy getting so much insight! We're really excited to look at this property, but there could be a problem that makes it or breaks it. There are three parcels, all which add up to 104 acres I believe. The survey has the nitty-gritty details saying who owns what, coordinates, etc. Our real estate agent called us last night and said when he looked back in the tax records, either the seller is mistaken or there's a mistake in the tax records. The biggest parcel of the property believed to be owned by the same man, listed on the survey with the other two parcels, says it is owned by an oil and gas company...he's waiting for the actual listing agent to get back to him and get this figured out. Please pray it all works out and that it's a mistake with the courthouse!
