| I just have to ask myself if I want to feel good or do I want to hurt all over. For me it is as simple as that. I make myself take it. I used to use cranberry juice, too, and if I was still taking the Ultimate, I would still be taking it with cranberry juice. |

| I must be odd because I actually like the taste of it. Yes I do use it though in different juices. I think my favorite is the Mango juice. Not sure I could take it in just plain water though. I did one time get some Boathouse juice that is thicker and could barely choke that down. I just started the Pure this morning with the Ultimate and Adapt and Calm. I felt like I was not getting enough joint, low back relief so will take the Pure along with the Ultimate for a while and see if it gets better. I also take the Immune for my digestive issues. Seems to be working but it is not an overnight Oh I feel better. For me and with as many issues as I have/had it had to really start working in the system first. Your best bet would be to start a journal as to how you felt on this morning, how you felt the next morning. Wish I had done this from the beginning. I do know that I am sleeping better and the digestive interruptions are dwindling. |

| I have been dealing with FM for many years. I see no mention of Magnesium Malate nor extra B vitamins, both which help Fibro patients.....but it's not going to make the back issue go away.....it may be what is triggering the Fibro pain. There also may be a connection in between FM and Hypothyroidism.
The chiropractor is my best friend and I wish that I could find a really good acupuncturist. Massage helps only if it is the very painful, deep tissue/trigger point kind. It would probably help if I quit the heavy work and bosy stressing activities like barrel racing, but that is not going to happen.
Glad that you have found a doctor to advocate for you. Good luck in reducing your pain. |

Thank you every one!
I am currently on Magnesium along with all the other pills and D-Ribose powder. I'm supposed to see a chiropractor at least once a month and my massage lady every other week. Those help a ton. Haven't been to a chiropractor in a while. Haven't seen my massage lady in a couple months. She's worried about my back too, when I started seeing her all the upper back muscles were a mess. Over a pretty good period of time she had them all nice and relaxed for the most part. She's concerned since I'm still in so much pain even with getting all the muscles to relax. I have a very strong feeling that whatever is going on with my back is the cause of my CFS. I'm supposed to see my Dr again August 7th I believe for an update.
I can't lift small square bales anymore or do a lot of things I used to. The extent of my muscle weakness seriously scares me. I can no longer ride my paint mare anymore. Her shorter, choppier stride puts me in unbearable pain. I have my Arab up for sale because I can't handle consistently riding two youngsters. It's a miracle that I am managing to be consistent with my 4yr old gelding. He has honestly been a blessing. Such a good minded youngin. My Dr told me not to ride at all, I told her in no way was that gonna happen.

| I would love to find out where I could get some of this and try. I have severe arthritis in my knee and don't get a lot of sleep. the pain will radiate up the front of my leg to my hip when I go to bed. I do take Advil and Motrin. it does help a bit but not a lot and I don't like taking it all the time. Any advice would be appreciated. Can someone PM me please. Thanks

Location: NE Texas | Did anyone give you the information to the Cur-OST product you were requesting, trulyaroyalgem? If not, you can go to www.nouvelleresearch.com and find out more there. On the articles tab, there are many interesting articles, some dealing with human health, some dealing with horse health or small companion animals. Most (not all) of these issues are tied into the gut and what is called leaky gut syndrome. I have had great success with the HU products, as well as many others. I will attach a couple of articles below that you may enjoy reading. I have found them to be beneficial to me when considering my own health and how the gut and GI issues can impact all areas of our health, even chronic joint pain. http://www.nouvelleresearch.com/index.php/articles/385-leaky-gut-syndrome-health-soundness http://www.nouvelleresearch.com/index.php/articles/349-role-of-inflammation-in-arthritic-and-rheumatic-conditions

Location: California | I got a little crafty this morning. I was eating apple sauce and had a strange thought, tried it and it worked beautifully! I had some applesauce on the spoon, poured some of the Pure on it, added apple sauce on top and swallowed the whole thing. Took 3 spoonfulls for 2 scoops of pure but I didn't taste it! Lol

I was pretty pleased with myself. Lol. Didn't work as flawlessly tonight but luckily apple sauce picks up any dropped supplement from your mouth so still a good method. Lol |

Location: MS | I put mine in my smoothie every morning. Can't taste it at all. I have a knee that's bone on bone in places. Been taking this for 4 months and I'm pain free. It's keeping me out of surgery. |
