I have two Billy Cooks that have different trees that fit my more narrow horse great. One has a CJ tree and the other has a Buster Welch tree. Both fit well. I prefer the Buster Welch over the CJ. Just personal preference though. Mine are both Sulfur OK saddles.

If you can get your hands a Double J Lyn McKenzie Special to try it might do the trick.

Reinsman has a pad called Tacky Too Swayback pad. Good for swayback or high withered horses. I've used them and they work, but they aren't beautiful.

I just went thru this with my gelding. the double J pozzi reg tree, wide and #10 didnt fit, i ended up buying a Martin FX3 7" gullet. I was at a big show where i was fortunate enough to keep trying saddles.
