I have one and like it.  Horses seem to like it.  I bought mine used on ebay years ago.  It is kind of noisey and heavy, but it doesn't seem to bother the horses any once they realize what I am doing.  I don't use it that often, but it's nice to have when I feel like they need a good muscle massage.  Because of the size it can really only be used on the upper body, large muscles.  I start at the poll, do the neck, down between the front legs, across the back, under the belly where the cinch goes, then work on the rump and gaskins.  Switch sides and repeat.

I liked mine, however, I was too lazy to use it consistantly. And one of my horses was terrified of it and never really seemed to relax, even once it touched her.  I did end up selling it and getting a SportzVibe blanket.

For myself, I am not a fan. The vibrations are too strong and make me want to sneeze, especially when she gets around my shoulders and neck. Lower back is ok, but she still has to hand massage my neck before doing an adjustment. I can tolerate pain, but not the strong vibrations.

The human version of this is the Jeanie Rub massager. I have the horse one but if I was to do it again, I would buy the smaller one as it isn't as heavy thus is easier to use. I do use the Equi Sport massager on myself.

I love mine so much that I became a dealer!  It is very much like the orbital massager used by a lot of chiropractors, but is built specifically for use in a barn type environment.  There is special pricing on them right now that they have been running this year, it also included the new leg adapter.  Let me know if you need further info!  Feels good on human backs too!

Several of our ranch horses who have never been around clippers or anything motorized were pretty scared of it at first, until they felt it on them.....then they just leaned into it and relaxed!
