Has anyone went to the two day class at Durant ok or Paoli ok? Was it worth it. Can you really learn in two days? I'm not looking to work on other peoples horses just mine. Please tell me the pro and cons
Thanks!

two days?! Can't say I would have the most confidence in someone who went to a two day program.

You could learn alot at a 2-day massage course PROVIDING that you would already have a very good understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, gait analysis as well as great horsemanship skills.

eta: and of course, you should already have developed the "feel" that allows you to identify fascial restrictions, pain reactions vs normal reflex responses, swellings and possible subluxations.

Only if you already have all of these will you be able to get alot of benefit from a 2-day massage course.  Great question!

I wouldn't trust someone with only two days either! If I go would be for my horses and me. I figured if good program and can learn basics I would save in long run when around here the charge is 75-100 and I know how massage helped me and would take more than one time. Thanks again everyone!

See how much it would cost to shadow someone. Save the $600
