Β Thought I would share this here - hope it's ok. This last year I've lost 50 pounds. I'm riding a LOT more agressively, but it's not from the weight loss it's from feeling stronger. That's interesting...maybe this is why I am less confident lately, I have GAINED 10#. Was riding with my horse trying to act broncy and I was scared. Hat a WTF moment as I used to specialize in rogue horses and nothing significant has HAPPENED. But the extra weight may just be enough for me to not feel balanced.
