Life is lived one day at a time, and the way to prepare for tomorrow is to live at your very best today.
I've heard it said that success happens when preparation meets opportunity.
How often do we " sit in the wings" of life, wishing we were doing more , believing that we have more in us, waiting for our big moment? Yet if opportunity were to knock on our door, we might not even be ready . If you are really believing and expecting that big things will happen, you have to put action behind your faith and live your life ready to make the most of every opportunity. That's why it is important to use and develop your God given gifts and talents so when opportunity presents itself, you will have the incidence to walk through open doors.
Don't fall into the trap of thinking. Don't put your life in hold until the big moment; START TODAY! Start using and doing what you have and doing what you know how to do, and God will open the door to new opportunity.
Every day LIVED WELL is one day closer to accomplishing your dreams. It's not about how much you have; it is about using WHAT YOU HAVE! Doing your very best with what you have in the Mighty Name of Jesus. If you don't do your very best with what you have right now, why would God give you more, seeing you are not handling what you already have?
Keep God' promises in the forefront of your thinking. Take down the DO NOT ENTER sign; go back and try again and again! Keep a good attitude, keep God's promises in your heart, and you will see great things in your life!
Moses had a DO NOT ENTER sign in his mind. When God called him to lead the Hebrew people out of captivity, the first statement out of Moses' mouth was " I can't God; I stutter." Moses want to help the Israelites , but he'd made so many excuses that he didnt believe in himself. But God wanted to help Moses, He wanted to empower him, so He told Moses, " I will send your brother, Aaron to help you."
Just as God helped Moses, He wants to help you accomplish great things in your life, too. If you will take down the DO NOT ENTER signs and try again, God WILL help you. He will bring the right people across your path and open new doors in front of you.
Sometimes God will present opportunities that look small or insignificant, maybe even ordinary. Perhaps you can't see how they fit into the big picture of your life. However, if God is presenting you with something, He has a purpose for it and He can increase you and promote you to larger responsibilities.
God needs us to pass the faithfulness test so He can pour into us greater things. You never know what door God will open for you as you begin to use what you have.
For it is WITH God all things are possible.
Have a BLESSED Thursday.
Father God, guide me today to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You. Amen

Well again today message spoke to me. I pray it does to you too. I wish I had seen this when the opportunity of Llave, The Key Grip, was presented. I had gone through a very abusive, and bad divorce. I was so broken minded and spirit, broke in finances. Our dear family friend Jody had Llave , a three yr old and she was heading to law school. She wanted to sell him. I was so emotional broken, I missed this great opportunity to own him. I was so focused on how I was going to move on, after losing everything, not just possessions I had worked so hard for , but my so spirit was broken, depression , I was at rock bottom. The awesome opportunity I missed was owning him. But the great news , I got to start and train him on barrels. My sister Kay Blandford, took the opportunity to own him. She was in the road Rodeoing and I stayed and rode colts that summer. So not all was lost. Llave became an awesome barrel horse. So yes I was in the background , but I felt blessed to be able to ride such a blessing , and my sister to go on him to do great things.
I just wished I knew then what I know now. Live EACH day as a blessing y'all. It doesn't matter what has happened in the past, it matters what there is to come!
