In Matthew 11:28-30 Jesus said, " Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. ( ease and relieve and refresh your soul).
Walk with Me , learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won't lay anything heavy or ill fitting on you. keep company with Me and you'll learn to live freely and lightly.
Our minds need a rest from thinking about how to take care of problems, and our emotions need rest from being upset. Worry isn't restful at all. It steals rest ,comfort and joy.
The Bible is full of sound, proven advice for dealing with worry. postle Paul teaches us to be anxious for nothing, but in all circumstances to let our prayers request be known to God with thanksgiving Philippians 4:6. He then encourages us by saying that the peace of God will fill our hearts and minds Philippians 4:7
Prayer is a blueprint for a successful life. Entrust everything to God. Don't complicate your communication with God. Just have the confidence in simple, believing prayer.
Father God, help me to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You. Guide me through this life struggle. I will not worry, I worship You , Lord. I completely trust You. Amen
For it is WITH God all things are possible
