Location: My own little world :)		I am thinking about leasing out my broodmare to one of my friends for the 2017 breeding season. What are the standard policies and procedures of this? Any tips or warnings? Thanks.

Location: Wyoming		Have a contract, make sure the AQHA lease form is on file, and have them carry insurance on your horse
