Location: N Texas | I've been doing vendor/trade shows for a couple years now and want to add some rodeo type events to my 2017 schedule. Like the NFR, but on a MUCH smaller scale. I'm in north Texas, so want to stay within a reasonable distance for now.
So if there are some events that y'all go to that are good for vendors, please let me know! |

| When the Jr high finals were in Des Moines I thought the trade show was pretty good and a lot of the bigger names like NRS and Classic Equine were there. I would look at the jr high/high school/college finals.
Not sure what the big barrel events in OKC have for shopping, like BBR finals, but I'm sure someone can chime in and tell us. Bonus Race Finals in Lincoln, NE usually has a handful of vendors. |

Location: CTX | Not sure how far you are willing to travel, but Elite, D&D, ANHA are in Waco. Circle T in Hamilton has a bunch of events every year (barrels, ropings, highschool rodeo). Alvarado has a nice facility, not sure what they are putting up though, haven't been there in a while. The CTYRA arena in mcGregor (30 mins south of Waco) has a bunch of events year round, smaller jackpots and several $1000 added every now and then. |

Waco is only about an hour and a half from me, so I definitely would like to do events there! In Alvarado, I think you're talking about the old Diamond W complex that is now Shepherds Valley Cowboy Church. That's about 10 minutes from my house, so I barrel race there pretty often and try to keep up with the events they have going on :)
I forgot about those big races in Waco, thank you!! |

Location: N Texas | I'm looking into BBR Finals, possibly the Windy Ryon Memorial Roping in Saginaw, and the Roping Fiesta in San Angelo. Just to give you an idea of the events I'm trying to find |

Yes to this! Jr high nationals are in Lebanon, TN this year (which I heard was a nightmare last year, the trade show was in a tent and got flooded when it rained). The HS finals are going to be in Gillette, Wyoming again. It's at the Cam-Plex facility which is amazing, tons of room for vendors and there is a lot of vendors as well. You could also try the IFYR in Shawnee, Oklahoma. It seems like it's a smaller trade show compared to the HS and Jr high ones. It was also just a lot of the same stuff there. |

| Waco has the All-American Finals, WPRA Finals and I believe the Diamonds and Dirt this year.
Maybe look into the American Semi-Finals in Ft Worth? I can't remember last year if there was much, but I thought so? There were a million people walking around, I know that!
