So last night I was riding one of our two year olds and he was being a snot about loping. Well long story short a couple minutes into our "discussion" I was completely out of breath (like I had sprinted a mile or something). I don't know when I got so out of shape but BAM I'm fat. Lol
What has worked for you guys? I would not mind supplementing a diet/exercise plan with a pill that would boost my energy. A few years ago I used Ace but I heard they changed it.

I use Kraze xl (you can find it on Amazon) it's awesome. I lost 25lbs in two months using it. I've tried several different weight loss pills and this is the only one that has consistently controlled my appetite and cravings. It also gives me a lot more energy and I actually want to work out now. Emily Skye on fb has some really good workouts that are effective and easy to follow

 This is  what I've found...
*dont complicate ANYTHIG, a meal plan can be made to not make you crazy or disgusted by your choices
*Finding what I enjoy doing for exercise...I've done weight training, fitness classes (on top of riding horses and farm work). This fall I started yoga BECAUSE of how busy we are I wanted something relaxing and I love it...you get more of a workout then one might think LOL

I am part of a clean eating group on Facebook that shares recipes and supports each other, which is great ..

Basically just watch what you're eating and how much. You never want to eat to the point where you feel full. You should also eat small portions more often, instead of three large meals a day. Also drinking lots and lots of water is paramount.

Drink a lot of water, have a black coffee in the morning. Eat whole fruits and vegetables and lean protein. Steam your meals.

For core exercises do planks and Russian twists
I also do arm dips, push ups and some weight lifting. Check out fitness blender for organized routines.

I hate squats and refuse to do them so I do lunges. Start slow watching your form, then eventually get up to doing the routine two to three times depending on how long it is.

Edit to add that if you drink pop or energy drinks STOP IT!

There's fads that come and go and there's supplements that come and go. There is one true tried and true way to lose weight that always works and will continue to work.

Burn more calories than you take in. If you don't eat less then work out more. If you don't want to work out then eat less. The best is a combination of working out and cutting calories.

It's hard as hell. If it wasn't we all would be in shape.

I had the same problems you are having due to some health issues I have had. I started going to our wellness center gym. I have a trainer who is helping me with my needs. Not everyone has the same needs with weight loss & getting in shape. I like the fact that the wellness center is through the hosp. I work with different machines to help strengthen my legs & core. Machines that work on my abs " tummy fat :( " I go 3 times a week & I feel wonderful after I get done. You have to devote yourself to this & work at it. I don't want so called magic pills or supplements. Heck a Dr diet pill prescription years ago caused my leaky heart valve which caused me to have to have surgery. I have always watched what I eat & I cook healthy so that helps me, although I did blow it with the Thanksgiving dinner with stuffing, white bred rolls, etc. But do look into a good gym with qualified trainers who will put the right program together for you. I sure am glad I did. I haven't competed in 2 years & I miss it so I am working hard to being able to compete next year. I have a wonderful mare who needs to be out there.

Yes.  Love it.  But I hate it to while I am doing it.
