Most all breeder sales are in the fall, but if I were wanting one I'd call around where the stallion stands as well as who owns him. Stud farms usually know which clients have been breeding to said stallion-they can get you in touch since you are wanting an older one. Same with breeders. They may have kept one back that they would part with...or know of a client that has one for sale. |

If you seriously want a true stallion prospect and want one that doesnt have 1000 others of the same breeding like the thousands of DTF, or FG, or ASOF, but with HIGH demand and getting in on ground floor I'd put all my chips into a good son of First Moonflash! First Moonflash might be good, but I'd wait for a couple more success stories before I jumped in with both feet. |
