Squirting an ounce or so of Aloe Vera juice 2-3 times per day will help. You can also do the same with Apple cider vinegar mixed 1/2 and 1/2 with water.
Salt water will help.
The vet would probably recommend Flushing with oral Nolvasan.
Unless it's a really deep cut it that gathers food material, where it needs to be flushed, it should heal on its own pretty easily.
