I'm wondering how it rides in comparison to the Pozzi?

The pro has a slightly lower cantle and it sits you back into a pocket in the cantel. It's not as deep feeling but sits you very balanced. The fenders are slightly more forward. The undercut swells make them run big so definitely need a 1/2 to whole size smaller. It took me awhile to get use to after riding in pozzis for so long, but the more I ride in it the more I love it. I feel like the tree fits a wider variety of horses. I have a standard, not a wide. The wide would only be a 1/4" wider tho.

Thank you for responding. One of the reps told me that the Double J Pro wide had exact same tree as another saddle they used to market but with a few slight modifications. I remember the tree fitting a lot of horses.
I love the way my Pozzi rides but run into a lot of horses it doesn't fit and with growing colts, even more so.

I have both saddles. In my experience, my Pozzie sits me very deep but more forward and gives me the ability to get over a horse and never get behind. I ride in on a little horse I have the has a lot of drop that is very quick footed. My Pro on the other hand sits me down, but kinda rolls my hips under me and kinda sits me in the pocket of the saddle. It never "grabs" me like I would say a sports saddle does... but it does sit me more "down" than the Pozzi does. I ride it on my stronger more four-wheel-drive kinda horses. I still have the ability to get out of it which I LOVE. My Pozzi is a wide and my Pro is a #10 tree. My #10 is my favorite because it fits more horses at my house, but we ride big stockier cow horses with broad shoulders.
