Well I'm new here! Do any of y'all have any good tips on how to post photos from your iPhone? I tried to post a couple on my first post but it said they were too large :-/

I just google search for a photo resizer and get it to or under the size it requests. Save it to my phone and post away. Fairly simple although I'm not the best at explaining...
Welcome!!!

Unless things have changed, I'm fairly certain you need to have so many posts before it lets you post pictures.

RE: Well... I'm new here! Any tips on how to...
I use a desktop computer and my camera is set to take pictures in a 1.32mb format.
To post on BHW the photo has to be 99 kb or less ...
I use paint to resize and use a % to reduce the size so it will post on BHW ..
I have posted a number of photos so I know reducing the scale from 100
to 25 will normally put me under 99kb ... and still make a nice photo ..
save it as a jpg photo
(png will not post on BHW
) and add a 25 to the photo
title and save it right back to the file you have the original photo in ...
The photo will save right next to the original ... click and check on the
photo you saved with 25 on it to make sure it is below 99kb ...
If it is ... POST it on BHW ... if not ... reset paint back to original and
decrease to say ... 20 to make it smaller in size .... once you do several
from the same camera you get better at only doing one resize in order to
post on BHW ...
i.e. the following photo original was 1.32mb and is number 9 in this dated
photo file.
NOTE the identity on BHW ... same photo resized to 91kb with a 25 as the identifier ... this means I reduced the photo by 75% of it's original number of pixels ...

Welcome!! I've seen and responded to a few of your posts. You will fit in just nicely here at BHW.
I use PicMonkey Online. When you save your picture after resizing it pic monkey tells you exactly how many Kbs your photo will be once saved. As long as it's under 100kb you are good to go! Takes me exactly 15 seconds to resize pics now.
Open pic monkey, click edit, open the photo you want to resize. Click resize and type in your dimensions or percentages. Click save. Make sure the Kbs are under 100 and then post!

I email them to myself. It comes up with a resize thing before I send it. I save the new, resized photo to camera roll and post!
