KIssing spine: what saddles are you using

Those that have horses with kissing spine what saddle are you using? Does anyone use a flex tree and find that it works ok. My mare has really tall withers and dips behind the shoulder and it's been impossible to find something that fits

I ride mine in a Deb Sibley Flex Tree. I tried to switch to treed
(thinking it would be more support
) but I was creating soreness with switching. He likes his DS and it works well for him. Vet okay'd a flex tree and thus far, I am happy with it.
