Off the Wall Wacky Posts: 2981 Location: Louisiana	Just purchased! Thanks!! I haven't really been into the exercise tracker apps, but this is pretty neat being able to keep track of the times. Especially in local pens we run multiple times a year.

Married to a Louie Lover Posts: 3303	I downloaded it when it first came out a few months ago - i had just updated my phone to the latest IPhone IOS and the app was a little buggy. I contacted the FB page for it and they were right on it! Great customer service and they had it figured out and fixed very quickly. Now I just need to remember to use it.

Went to company's website and asked for help... twice... never one response. Ended up getting a refund from itunes. I was really dissapointed in their customer support. I guess since I did not contact them via FB they never felt the need to respond.

If you message someone on facebook, sometimes your message may go to someone's other folder too. I have had this happen to me. I think there was some buggy stuff early on but I was getting it to work on my iphone yesterday pretty well, even uploading videos. I have an iphone 6.
