| I was recently at an event with a DAC booth. I came home with bloom and coolgut but haven't started them yet. Tell me your experiences with them! :) |

Location: North Dakota | I used a few products a few years ago. They have been around for a long time and many people use them and love them. I had good luck with their oil and dda when I used it. I stopped using because the person in my area stopped selling them. My horses are now both on are on Cur-OST. |

| I have not used either product but at first glance of the ingredients, I made a few observations.
DAC Bloom's first 2 ingredients are ground extruded whole soybeans & partially hydrogenated vegetable fat. First - Soybeans are a rich source of Omega 6 fatty acids and they are inexpensive- thus widely used. Omega 6's are highly inflammatory whereas Omega 3's are inflammatory. Soybeans are about 7:1 ratio of Omega 6 to 3. I personally tend to stay away from the Omega 6's. Second - Partially hydrogenated vegetable fat is essentially trans-fat and there are much healthier sources of "good" fats out there.
As far as DAC Coolgut, the first ingredient being calcium carbonate, this does work as an antacid. However, watch the levels for a horse that doesn't require additional calcium in their diet.

Yes, I think Omega Horseshine is a great product with very good Omega 3,6,9 ratios! I have in fact used both Omega Horseshine and Omega SureGut (probiotics) with really excellent results. There's so many supplements on the market today and it can be a challenge sifting through all the information. Lucky for me, I do quite a bit of reading but there's always something to learn. Best of luck to you! |

Location: Cocoa, Florida | I used to use the oil but I found out it was a vegetable oil base which horses cannot properly digest (according to my research) so I switched to the coco soya oil from TSC which is $9 cheaper as well and is a coconut oil base with the omega fatty acids as well.
I liked the racehorse formula for bleeders because it has the vitamin K in it, but I don't have a bleeder so I have no use for it. |

Location: Ohio girl moved to PA | i absolutley LOVE LOVE LOVE DAC products. I have never had a problem with any of them not working. They are my go-to when i need a supplement. Ive used the bloom, oil, Performace Plus, foundation formula, and the Yucca. I've seen great changes with all of them. |
