I have all my pics on my phone =p If you open them in Paint, there is a button up top that says 'resize' and you just adjust it until its the size you want, and save. :)

How do you resize them? I have all my pics on my phone =p For phone pics I downloaded an app called simple resize-put the pic into that ap resize to the minimum KB and then upload that pic to BHW. The paint option works if you're on a computer.
