| Does anyone feed Magnesium? If so, why? |

Location: Alberta, Canada | I am not currently feeding it but I did when my ottb first came to me. She lacked focus, worked up not down and was just overall unsettled.
There is a survey on the Performance Equine Nutrition site (MagRestore) that will give you an idea of what to look for and if your horse could possibly be Magnesium deficient. Worked wonders on my mare. Big difference in about 5 days. |

| Maresy shows enough symptoms consistent with pssm to where the vet said "try her on the diet. Ain't going to hurt her either way". Part of it is supplementing magnesium. She's loosened up some and seems much happier in general.
My daughter's 30-something pony is on it. He's less spooky. A couple days without it and he turns back into rocket pony. |

Location: Smack Dab in the Middle | I just started my nervous gelding on Mag-Restore on Friday pm. I did take the survey, and of course it recommended their product, but my vet was the one that had sent me to the website in search of their product, so I took the survey for the free shipping. Haven't noticed a big difference yet--tho I will say that I wasn't truly expecting one this early. When I rode him yesterday (after several days of not being able to ride due to rain) he started pretty high, but did actually ride down some, which he doesn't usually. He was still pretty worked up at times, but managed to slow work at a reasonable level for quite some time. I am going to keep him on the loading dose for at least another week, and I'm hopeful that it really helps him out. But we shall see.

| Magnesium is great for muscle health and function. I use it on my horses for helping with their focus thus resulting in a calm horse and I also use it for helping them with their recovery time. It is great at easing muscle discomfort.

Location: Georgia | I fed Mag Restore and didnt notice a differeance. If anything my gelding got worse, could be the nice green springtime grass though. Now I bought a 50lb bag of mag oxide from the feed store for $20 so we are going to try that out. |

Same here my mare scored a 100 for needing Magnesium.......no improvement at all.......... |

Location: Riding Crackhead. | I've had 2 head on Mag Restore. Getting down to the bottom of the bag and I did the 2 week double dose as instructed. I honestly haven't noticed a difference so I won't be buying a 2nd bag. |

| I feed magrestore to my 3 pssm horses for muscle health. I have noticed a HUGE difference in my one quarter pony that was convinced he is a wild mustang. He has calmed down a lot and enjoys being groomed. |
