No, but have seen it. Think if you are going to Vegas there are a lot better more fun options.

Last year we were literally only in our room to sleep and shower ha. We stayed at the Stratosphere and it wasn't any better than any super 8 around here.

don't rent a car it's a pain in the arse and do not use cabs. 

Uber, 
set up the app on your phone and never mess with cabs or cash again.
