Mrs. BigWig Posts: 1868 Location: chasing kids and animals	SO i ordered some Indian Blood root for my daugters horse from the Original Cream company in Magnolia Ark. Well that was on May 9 and I have not recieved my shipment but my payment did go through and now they will not return my calls or emails!

I also noticed this disclaimer: The average shipment time is up to 5 working days, barring special orders, holidays or unusual production delays. Please note that Personal Checks require up to 10 days to clear the bank before shipping commences. They may be on back order on the salve. I would call them during business hours and ask them an approximate ship date. I would then ask then to email you the information. If the product is on backorder maybe this is why it is taking so long. This company seems very small. Maybe a family emergency happened. Hoping for the best for you.

Fact Checker Posts: 16572 Location: Displaced Iowegian	in 2010, the owner, Burt Hampton, of that company has been in trouble with the FDA regarding some of the "cures" that they sell. But really, it has only been two weeks. I would just keep trying to contact them.

IT is good to know that the company does exsist, although I hate he was getting in trouble like someone stated in one of the comments. I paid with my bank card so not sure how to handle. I have not recieved any other charges so that is a blesssing. I just really wish they would return my call or emails if it is on back order or just explain what is going on.

Call your bank and tell them what is going on and they will tell you what to do from there. Most banks have you put in a dispute and will refund your money.

Once payed for someones vacation and another time for lumber for a house someone was building across the country, SO I totally agree put a STOP on that card you use for paying and get a different one. You can never be to careful now adays.
