Location: Southwest Minnesota | Okay, so I had a broodmare I sold about a month ago, but apparently my classified ad is still up somewhere because I am still getting e-mails from scammers....they're so DUMB!! So, I decided to have a little fun with one this morning and thought I'd share. I think I'm hilarious!
E-mail from scammer:Message: Good day , I am very much interested in buying your Horse/Tack you put up for sale, I would like to know the exact present condition and It last asking price ? I look forward to hear from you if still available for sale. Thank you My response: Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for contacting me regarding my Horse/Tack. Currently I have one of the legs in for repair so will need more than my original asking price to cover the cost of improvements. The vet assures me that this repair will ensure she will run faster to the left! If this is agreeable to you, let me know. And we will go from here. So will need $5000. I only accept 20 US dollar bills made in the last half of 2013 as these are the hardest to conterfeit. Please let me know where I can pick up my money. |

Location: The best kept secret in TX | HAHA I wrote a guy back last week on a saddle ad that said something to the effect of: Thanks for the interest in this RANCH saddle but it's not going to work for your racehorse. I also don't want to go to jail for accepting counterfeit bills from you. I got a nasty email with terrible grammer back lol and then at the end it said "god bles". I emailed back and said: I think you meant "God Bless" HAHAHA |
