| He will be missed. I do not one of his songs I didn't like. Perfect example that you create your own destiny. RIP |

| I loved him - I'm so old, I used to watch his TV show! He would always start with "Hi, I'm Glenn Campbell!" |

Location: OH | I thought it was interesting--I was watching an interview with Alice Cooper and him and Glen were the best of friends. Really great interview if ya wanna youtube it but he stated that one thing people may not realize is that Glen was one of the top five guitarist in the world in his opinion and that Eddie Van Halen came and took lessons from him in his younger days. LOL |

Glenn Campbell was a major saught after session musician in his early days. He played on many, many albums for other famous artist in the early days of his career. I saw an interview a few years ago when he was first diagnosed. He played with lots of famous folks and played on their albums. Multiple genres too. It sounded like he might know just about everyone in the music business. Such a great talent. Just sad to see these greats pass. |
