I'm curious about it after reading a little bit about it. I'm curious if anyone here follows it and can give me some insight and experience. I'm sick and tired of being sore, tired and feeling run down.. plus I need to drop about 30 lbs to be where I want to.

I'm doing paleo! I've been on and off it a few different times, but have been sticking to it now for about 2 months. This is by far the BEST I've ever felt =] And, it's so easy to cook for! Literally, just meat and veggies, but plain. I do feel like a caveman sometimes haha. But I'm also a believer that a diet can only do so much, working out does most of the noticeable difference. I do have much more energy now! It does take a while for the "unsatisfied" feeling to go away...the cravings for salt/sugar. But once they do, you just feel stronger! I normally get sick this time of year, and I haven't yet =] (knock on wood). Also, I feel better emotionally too, happier, less irritated with things, dealing with stress better. I highly recommend trying it =] If it doesn't work, you can always stop!

Thank you for the replies. I've tried a few different things over the past few months and I just can't stick with it. I definitely think I can do meats and veggies! I love Salad too. I just need to find something that I can really stick with!

I do a modified version of Paleo but try to eat clean as much as possible. I have lost 55# since January and I feel great! It is by far the best lifestyle change I have made, and I am never hungry or feel deprived.

I did for over a year and I loved it but my bladder didn't so I went off of it. I did eat a lot of fruit when I was on it and my bladder can't take citric acid and seasonings. I still follow it as much as I can.
