Warrior Mom Posts: 4400	I've started taking collagen peptides... it's a powder you can mix in with your drinks or smoothies .. hot or cold it has no taste so I can drink it in my water if needed. I've been on it for about 2 weeks now and I can honestly say it's helped my lower back pain and more importantly, my aching knees, and just overall aches and pains I've been living with. I ordered it off Amazon. I'll definitely keep on ordering it.

My husband started on it a couple of years ago, he has trigger thumb and it can be very painful along with other stuff. He loves it and it helps a bunch he can tell when he goes off of it.

Porta Potty Pants Posts: 2600	I've been taking Tumeric (mega foods brand) ... I don't get nearly as much back pain as I used to get. Make certain you get one that has black pepper it. Not for joints specifically but for inflammation. I'm so impressed, I'm thinking about putting my horse on it.
