Saddle Fitting Help

I am looking into purchasing a newer, nicer barrel saddle for my mare. I will be honest and say I know next to nothing about saddle fit. I have been doing my best to learn but would appreciate outside opinions. From the imgaes, it looks as if the saddle is too wide? How would I figure out what bars she would need? I have no idea what the specs are of this saddle in regards to bars - I believe the gullet is 7 inches but I need to remeasure, as I don't remember.
I would like to get a used, nicer brand saddle for $1500. Is there somewhere I could go to get a saddle fitted and them not expect me to purchase a new saddle? I took her somewhere in the past to get the saddle fitted, but I didn't get much help and I was not happy with my purchase
(although the saddle was lower end
).
She has been out of work for some time, but I don't believe the area around her withers has changed much. Should I work her more and then see about purchasing a new saddle, or should I go ahead and start looking? As I said - I'm clueless when it comes to this, but I am wanting to learn!

That one is too wide in my opinion. See how it runs down hill? The gullet is what will hold the saddle up in the correct
position, and this one is letting the front of the saddle fall and press.
Where at you located and folks may have some suggestions for saddle fitting.

Lots of makers around DFW that will help fit.
As for feeling pressured to buy - remember it’s their job to help you find a saddle that fits and you’re allowed to shop around. Figure out your budget and do some research - go to makers you can afford, because falling in love with one 2x’s your budget sucks. If you’re not sold on something about a saddle it’s perfectly fine IMO to sleep on it. They’re investments and buyers remorse sucks.
