Β So I am interested in purchasing a never tight cinch. The sizing is a little different. In a regular cinch my gelding normally wears a 28 but can get in a 30 fine. Would he wear a 27 or a 30 in the never tight? If I went with a 30 would it be to big? Is the sizing that different?

Β  they make a 24, 27, 30 and a 32. So the sizing to fit a 28 or 26 size horse is not the same. Im a 28. Do i size down or up?

My 15.2hh/1300lb gelding wears a 30 never-tight. I can get by with a 30 on our 15hh gelding but he is pretty wide too. It isn’t ideal though, my offside Latigo is all the way up at the last hole. My petite 14.2hh mare wears a 26 near-tight comfortably. Hope that helps. I would probably go with the 27 if I was in your shoes.

You can call Len Brown and talk to him about it. When I called, he answered the phone. But, that's been a while back now. I'm sure he still answers questions, tho. Make sure you have time to talk when you call. The guy is passionate about his product!
