| What is something that is liquid that you've had great success with your most picky eater eating?
My old man has decided he doesn't want to eat his Muscle Mass anymore, but he's had such good results on it with his topline, I don't want to change!
He won't eat Healthy Coat, and isn't real fond of apple juice. Doesn't really need Red Cell, but has sort of ate it in the past.
He's a major pain in the rear! |

| Have you tried dac oil? It smells kinda like butterscotch. Love it. Even my pickiest eater will lick it straight off my hand. |

| I mix Bluebonnet's Stride Shine in my 27 year old who is on the MM. He licks the bottom of his pan and you can hear him smacking his lips. All my horses love the Stride Shine. One time they got into the jug and tipped it over and was licking it out of the bottom of my wagon that I take out to the barn with me. |

I use the Purina Active for my old pony and he loves it, but I have had 2 other old guys get where they didn't want to eat it. I switched to just oats for a few days and they went back to the Purina. It has the Amplify pellet in it and I have read a few places that some horses get tired of it and quit eating for a time. |

| I always use oil but lately had a couple that stopped eating and used more peppermint leaves and stevia they cleaned it right up. |

| It may not be the muscle mass, but the feed . My rodeo horse will do that. I have switched to a extruded feed. It is more digestible. I use Muenster Milling Sr. It smells like coconut. If you can get it, you might try it if you can get it where you live. Another thing, you might treat him for ulcers. Go to Walmart. Buy Aloe Vera Juice. Give 30 cc’s 30 minutes before feeding. That will help his stomach by coating it . |

| Cocosoya Oil... with this crazy weather we've been having, one of my guys has been really picky... I started dosing with the GI Ulcer Support and added Cocosoya Oil, that usually works.... The Cocosoya oil doesn't cost but $19 at our TSC or I will dose his MM with a syringe for a few feedings to make sure he is getting it and he usually picks back up. |

Location: North Dakota | I have a picky eater too, however, I have figured out after years of trial and error that when he is picky he isn't feeling great. In his case it usually involves times when his lungs aren't working the best. If he gets a little case of the heaves he will start picking at his feed. Just be sure you don't have something else going on.... |
