We had sub zero temps for a couple weeks and I forgot to bring my brand new bottle inside. The solution is still clear (no tint), but is it ruined? Less effective? Should I toss it? Thanks!

Medication is stressed while going through the FDA approval process.  Short term extreems don't usually affect the medications.  I would not be afraid to use it.

JMO but my vet always says with banamine its ok unless it changes color. I would rather have it to cold rather than to hot. I had a brand new bottle of lasix that turned BLACK when it got to hot.. lol

Make sure there is no sediment floating around.

As long as its still clear and no yellow tint, then its ok, but since you feel you have to ask I would call the vet you bought it from to double check.

When I inquired with my vet about a bottle that also froze.. she said it was fine as long as it is clear and no precipitate

I had an old bottle in my trailer that has gone through 2 years of full seasons and it got used this last fall for a severe colic and it was fine. We checked it for color and asked vet first, but gave 12cc just in case of loss of potency per vet. She's over 16h so large horse anyway and the vet was in the middle of another emergency so the vet was going to be awhile. I did get a new bottle and threw the old away. But I'd say as long as the color is good and its not way expired it should be fine to use. My vet often gives me medications that are just expired, as they can't legally sell them. They'll tell me how long I can use each specific one after the expiration date, so often times what I do have is not considered in "good use"

Thanks everyone! Since the liquid is clear and free from floaters I’ll keep it around. For the person who said ask your vet, I had coggins pulled yesterday before my post was made and I did ask the new young associate they sent out to draw blood and she starred at me, she didn’t know. There ya have it.

LOL My vet got a new young associate to, After several tries at attempting to pull blood from my horse, i finally jerked the needle out of her hands and did it myself. THis horse has huge veins and is very understanding, but it was to much to watch. She claimed my horse had something that made it difficult. NOT...... Took me all of 3 seconds.
