Location: In The Land of Cotton | We bought from NRS. We live in GA. We saw a unit on the internet, called and purchased it. When we got to TX, the service we got was awesome. The unit was exactly as represented.
We will buy again from them. |

Unfortunately, on my way home from picking my new trailer up (4 hours from the dealership) the tension spring on the awning broke and the awning flew off into oncoming traffic. Yeah, that wasn't fun. But Ky Lake was at my house the next day to install a new one, free of charge, obviously.
They made the situation right, hard to find these days. |

Location: Smack Dab in the Middle | We bought our (used) Elite from Longhorn Trailer Sales in TX. They went above and beyond to accommodate us...we live in KS and they brought it to OKC for us free of charge--granted, because they had salesmen going to dealer training at Elite anyway, but... They had it completely ready to go for us, as we were on our way to a 3 day race (I had to send my horses with a friend) and we stayed in it the first 2 nights we owned it. All I had to bring was sheets and TP. It was super clean and even nicer than the pics that they'd sent us. Fantastic experience with them. |
