I had an Alive N Firen mare, she was super gritty and loved her job. I am now running her baby and she is the same way. I have been very pleased.

My 4 year old is out of a daughter of Alive N Firen, My Fire N April. Lance Graves has a palomino stud colt out of the same mare in his training program right now. Both have very similar mindsets, super easy to work with. My mare has an "old soul" I like to say. I got her as a 3 year old and there wasn't really any baby left in her. I got on her in December after almost 3 months off and she rode like she never left work. Super people oriented horse, she'd rather get loved on than eat food. And always tries so hard to figure out what I'm asking her to do, you can just tell the wheels in her head are turning. She can be a little fragile sometimes though. Like if she can't figure out what I'm asking and you confuse her she gets pretty anxious, but if you stop asking and give her a minute to think without the pressure she tends to pick it up and lose the anxiety. She's just got 60 days on her and has all the buttons & leads down easy and those 60 days have been scattered throughout the last year, they aren't consistent consecutive days. So for me it takes a good mind to be able to have one retain like that over that long of a period. I'll be starting her on the pattern this spring. So far I've been really impressed with her and from what I've heard from people who have babies out of this same mare, they're all happy with theirs too.

mine is an own daughter of flit to be first, out of a own daughter of hum drum runner. i know the mare personally, she isnt a 1d horse, but shes worky, honest and super consistent. Im hoping this stud will put a little run in her. As of right now she seems to lack the "get up and go" but she is very willing, super smart. She REALLY wants to use herself already im going to assume she turns out to be a real worker. No sillyness, old soul would be a good way to describe her as well.

No one has any info of the studs?

I've got three geldings, all palominos.  First one I bought as a 5 month old colt, just off his momma, he is now 16.  Second one I bought as a 5 month old colt (wild as a march hare), just off his momma, and he is 12 this year.  Third one I bred and raised out of a Mr Jess Perry mare, he is 6 this year.  I broke and trained all three of them.  All are super ratey and want to peel the paint off the barrel.  With the 16 and 6 year olds, I found that they want to stick that hind leg up under themselves a little too much.  Gotta really work at keeping them moving around the barrel.
