I would suggest looking into the GastroPlex for your horse. After researching the supplements I did go with the Exceed 6-way. I am going to give it a try. I wish I saw your post before i placed the order. But I did get free shipping.

It sounds like to me the AE detox is doing its job! You might look at your Feed and you might can cut that back or a little more exercise for your horse is needed.
I love the Detox. It changed my mare completely. She looks amazing, but she's just a bit bulky looking. I need to add some muscle and thin her out a bit. We are adding speed now to the pattern, I want something to help with that. I ride her almost everyday. I recently switched her to the Oxygen product. However, if I dont ride her she tends to have a bit of the runs, it might be too rich for her, not sure. So that's why I have decided to look elsewhere. I have added a picture. Top picture is when i bought her, bottom is 30 days on Animal Element Detox....

Location: The Great Northwest | I am feeding Hemp oil and meal. This give a horse a superior diet. The Hemp oil gives all the essential Omegas in a unique form. The most efficient form to metabolise of any plant oil. Hemp oil deliver the correct ratio of Omega 3-6-9 without causing imbalance. Hemp Oil is a balanced source of natural occuring Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) and Stearidonic Acid (SDA). Hemp seed ground into granules makes for a nutritious whole food that offers high quality protein in a highly palatable form. This is very important to your horse because they require enough essential amino acids (building blocks) to synthesize body proteins, including muscle, hooves, blood protein, antibodies, skin, vital organs, hormones and more. An important aspect of Hemp protein is that it is a quality source of the amino acids arginine and histidine, the sulfur containing amino acid methionine and cysteine, and keratin. If only one source of protein is fed (as in grass hay) your horse will not get sufficient amino acids to be as healthy as possible. Hemp seed meal offers all ten essential amino acids. Those that must be in the diet in proper proportions to be best utilzed by the body. The quality of protein found in Hemp meal is so high in fact that it rivals soybeans. Benefits: improves health, less excitable behaviour, decreases inflammation & pain, reduces anxiety & aggression, lowers heart rate in exercising horses, decreases metabolic heat prodution, enhances stamina, enhances body condition, GMO Free, wheat free, PETRO-chemical free, molasses free. | |
