What do you prefer to use to disinfect your stalls? I've used bleach before but the smell is just too much for me even after diluting it. My mare is 3 months away from foaling so I'm trying to do as much prep work and supplies ordered now. TIA

I use Synbiont biosecurity wash.
No smell and you can put the horses in right after using it.
I am glad I found this because I really can't stand the smell of bleach, and I would always smell it the rest of the day after I used it.... even after washing my hands multiple times...

I got it through the Noble Outfitters website. But this website has a lot more information on it: http://www.synbiontagwash.com
I also bought a 2 gallon sprayer which makes it sooooo much easier! It takes me 10 mins tops to do 1 stall.

Synbiont. I spray my stalls and my trailer with it. I scrub my stall walls with water and dish soap to break down the dirt and grime if they are overly dirty. I don't use bleach in stalls as it causes a chemical reaction with the urine that's unsafe.

1/2 cup of bleach per gallon of water. I also hate the smell of bleach but I hate spending the $$ for Symbiont more.

Not me. I'd rather spend the money as I'm looking for something other than bleach to use. It really irritates my eyes, skin, and nose. Not to mention it takes forever for the fumes to dissipate.

I recently sprayed my stalls down with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Not sure if it works - but it’s what I had in my tack room!

Thank you for the input. Only looking for solutions that are proven to work to disinfect.

white vinegar, baking soda, dawn dish soap, and water works amazing. Also great for dog kennels and is safe for all. (The vinegar absorbs the urine smell wonderfully.)

What about using Spray Lysol? That's what I douse everything at work with since everybody and their dog has been sick.
