I blocked mine 3" when I got my semi.  Its easy to do.  We got heavy duty tubing from a welding shop.

I blocked my old one 2". Bought a kit for the type of axles it had but could have done it with thick wall tubing. We did it in the back yard in about two hours.

Sean had ours done 2 inches about a year and a half ago at The Trailer Store in north AR. He says he really can tell a difference---me, not so much!!! But I'm also not the driver so I'm not real observant. . .

My husband was going to do it but ran out of time before I needed to use it so we got a local trailer shop to do it.  We bought the tubing on our own though. Just anywhere that sells steel.
