| Has anyone ordered from ortho equine? If so have you had a hard time getting a hold of someone via phone or email and did it take forever for your order to ship? I'm getting kind of annoyed. Good customer service is hard to find these days. |

Location: Ohio girl moved to PA | a few girls around me are dealers and ive never personally ordered from them, but i do notice it seems to take quite a long time for them to get their product in. |

Some orders are but if you ordered a common item(bell boots, sport med boots, etc) it shouldn’t take long at all. I usually get my bulk orders within a week at most but all the new items out should be ready to ship. It shouldn’t take more than a few days to receive the order. |

Location: Where the buffalo roam | I have ordered from their web site and always follow up with an e-mail so I have an idea of when something will ship as I have had delays before. They always get it to me, it just takes time. Of course, I order a specific cinch that is not commonly found anywhere else and sometimes they don't have it immediately available. |
