| What are the best products/ways to keep your horse eating and drinking on the road?
Mine stopped eating and drinking on me last year while we were at the BBR Finals and I wanted to be more prepared this year in case he decides to not eat or drink again.
Thanks! |

Location: Ohio girl moved to PA | I dont have much advise as far as eating since my guy normally does pretty good, but he used to be super picky about water from different places, so i got a horse hydrator and ive never had a problem since! I love that thing. $25 and i get my moneys worth thats for sure. Have you tried maybe mixing applesauce with his grain/feed? Is he nervous/anxious? |

| These are great-thank you for sharing! He is usually pretty good but it was a 7 hour trip for us and he was alone so he did get nervous and anxious. |

| i take about a 1/4 to 1/2 scoop of safechoice equine senior (or any other soft, pelleted food) and put water in it in a smaller bucket. Mine LOVES it. She drinks the water then eats what's left at the bottom. I also put salt/ mineral mix in her normal food to encourage her to drink more water. |

I love my Horse Hydrator! My horse used to never ever drink water at races and I got one for free last year at a clinic; and decided to try it out last month at a race. He didn't turn his nose up at the water like he usually does and by the day was done he drank half of his bucket. Might not be much compared to other horses but it was a huge difference in him. I'll keep using mine! |

Yes! I forgot about the Horse Hydrator. I sell them on my website. I am impressed with how long they last. |
