Mykonos has many clubs and a lot of nightlife, if that's something you're looking for.

Santorini is quieter, especially Oia. Fira is a little busier but not like the towns on Mykonos.

Mykonos has the better beaches with beautiful white/golden sand, while the ones on Santorini are volcanic rock.

Crete is big and has a lot to do, but it's pretty far from Santorini/Mykonos (~2 hours by ferry, or take a short flight) so you probably won't be doing much island hopping if you stay there.

I spent 3 days in Athens, and then flew to Crete for 3 days. Athens was unreal with all of the historical sites to see. The city is a bit run down, but we felt safe everywhere we went. We walked the city day and night. Crete was great too, we probably should have rented a car or hired a driver to see more of the island. We did take a bus one day, so that is an option. One of our days there we took the ferry to Santorini. It was awesome! We took the bus tour and opted to swim in the caldera off of a pirate ship looking boat! We definitely wished we had more time there. All in all I loved Greece. The people are nice, almost everyone speaks some English, the food was great, and it was beautiful!

Was just at the airport but the area was beautiful. I have always gone on organized tours to places I visited. Best investment in time.

My momma loved Santorini. I'm sure she mentioned other places, but she really went on about how much she enjoyed there.
