New fire started on the 3rd, 30 miles from us. Over 3000 acres so far. If there are any BB's that are from Basalt & El Jebel that needs some where for horses, cattle, goats, etc, we have plenty of room. Room and hookups for campers etc, just pm me.
This fire started because two individuals were shooting tracer bullets at the shooting range. We are in a stage 2 burn ban and they shouldn't have even been out shooting. They have been charged with fourth-degree arson and could face up to 1 million in restitution. Firing tracer rounds is always banned in Colorado so I'm really not sure what this couple was thinking!

I was reading that a man who is not a US citizen started a wild fire in the Spring Creek area. So they have him under arrest and holding him..
There is so many wildfires breaking out, California, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado and Azonia and a few other states.

I've often wondered if the outbreaks of fires weren't a form of terrorism. What could be easier. One match...........millions of dollars in destruction.
