Anybody tried one? Pros/ cons? Have a rope horse who is getting very sore in girth area, elbows, shoulders. Scoped clean for ulcers, chiropractor has worked on her a few times and recommends sliding saddle back to give the area more room and see if it will help. Mare has a complete come apart when saddled... anybody had similar experience that has tried these girth’s and gotten help?

I have one and like it. I haven’t used anything else with the saddle I have now to really compare and contrast though. I got one to really keep my geldings shoulders free - any pinching at all and he will drop hard at barrels. With my old saddle and this Cinch he was still dropping, but the new better fitting saddle has made a huge difference. I also like it on my colt who has a longer wither causing a saddle to sit back a little farther on him. I don’t think it’s a miracle Cinch, but it can improve saddle fit.

I would look at how the saddle is fitting since you have all these problems with her being sore. These a reason for this mare to come apart when saddling up, saddle and pad would be the first thing I would be checking.

I purchased two of the shoulder relief cinches, and yeah they're pretty nice. Would they solve your problem? I have my doubts.
Have you examined area under his front legs carefully lately? My horse had a reaction to a fly spray, and the hair fell out and he was raw. How did I notice? He had the reaction you described when I cinched him up. It wasn't visible because it was where the skin wrinkles up under the front legs.
Saddle fit would be my next suggestion. If you had your horse scoped for ulcers, I'm gonna guess that you already tried the lameness exam too??

Yes she has had a lameness exam, nothing found. We have tried several saddle/ blanket/ cinch combinations and she does it with all. Once she’s saddled she’s fine and you can ride it’s just getting her saddled. So since chiropractor said she was so sore and suggested sliding saddle back that’s why I’m wondering about the cinch because the other cinches still want to sit close to her legs and elbows.

Love Shoulder relief cinches, but, have you had the horse's back x-rayed? That would be my go-to first thing before chiro and all else.

Sounds like the rigging on the saddle you are using is all wrong for this mare. Might try a saddle with the rigging that sets back a little more...
Edit to add, what type/brand of saddle are you using now?

I have a little mare that just seems like her shoulders are really far back/almost behind her withers.  I keep my saddle as far back as I can and the Shoulder relief girth has helped.  I ride in a treeless on her most of the time.
