The One Posts: 7997 Location: South Georgia	I find my Pozzi wide to be quite wide. Definitely wider and more flare than the LM, I feel. Is her back wide though, or just shoulder area?

Off the Wall Wacky Posts: 2981 Location: Louisiana	I have a double j with a #10 tree...fits my big shoulder guy amazing. It's the first thing other than a treeless I've ever had to fit him without pinching his shoulders.

Location: U.S.	He back is not wide but everything I try on her pinched her shoulders. Have any of you tried a masters saddle with a Phoenix tree?

Expert Posts: 1367 Location: mi	Friend of mine just had a saddle fitter out for her wide shouldered gelding. They put him in the Double J #10 tree also. She actually had them do the rest of the saddle like a Lynn so it feels like a Lynn to her as she liked how those sat her but they put the #10 tree in it. She could not be happier.

Married to a Louie Lover Posts: 3303	I’ve found my Burns has really freed both my geldings up. My open horse use to be a hard dropper at the barrel, turns out the saddles I was using were putting too much pressure behind his shoulders, even though he never really got sore or “out”. His turns are 110% smoother now - almost zero drop. And it was gone almost immediately - I tried it at the Bonus Race Finals and the first cans I turned in it were during a run, super smooth and our only faster time that weekend was the next run we made in it :)
