Hey guys!
Okay so I am looking for stud recommendations for my mare Spargoexpress. Right now I am looking at PC Frenchmans Hayday... any thoughts on that as well?

I will try to attach a photo of her pedigree! I would love any help or suggestions! Thanks

I think that would be a very good cross. Seems to cross well on speed horses

The first thing I look at when I am going to breed any of my mares is conformation. I want the conformation of the stallion to match up with my mare. For instance, I have a daughter of dinero who is a longer backed mare. I wouldn't want to breed her to a longer backed stallion. I also look at the foot of the stallion, which dinero has great feet. Not saying that cause I have 2 daughters of his, but I have seen dinero in person. Then I look at pedigree. I have a certain way I like to breed my mares. I feel 1st conformation of both is very important & 2nd pedigree. Look at your mare & what she needs & look at the stallion to give what your mare is lacking. JMHO, it's worked for me for years.

Tammy Fischer just won the Omak Stampede on her PC Frenchman's Hayday mare, and it was a beautiful run! The mare was calm and cool before the run, and about two girls later, Tammy and the palomino mare helped lead another girl down the alley for her run when her horse balked. I am definitely more and more impressed with his offspring. If you think he would complement your mare, I say go for it!
