Tell me the good, the bad, and the ugly!

When I ran 10 years ago, I never heard of them. Now, Iโ€™m the only one who doesnโ€™t use one. I have one coming out tomorrow and want to know what I should ask, what I should look for...anything and everything!

I can tell a huge difference when mine get worked on.   I have one that when sore cuts in on the back side of his left turn coming back over and hitting the barrel.   When he gets worked on he stays nice and rounded and fluid.   My guy puts hus hands all over him looking for sore spots.   He will adjust as necessary, go back to that spot and no reaction after the adjustment.  If he does not find any soreness, no charge, if they are sore it’s anywhere from 40-60 dollars depending how long he had to work on them
