Any tips or comments for a 22yr old male wanting to make a career in the barrel racing world. Trying to make a start in this. Live in TN. Would love to hear any tips feedback etc. would love to have a long term career I’ve grown up rodeoing but as a specialty act

  The best way is to go to work for one of the top trainers. Stay for a few years and learn all you can.

Hey you changed your name from BarrelGuy4, now why, lol.. 
You got such talent, I dont think it would be to hard for you to get into a program with a top barrel trainer, you need to try and see if any body is looking for help and train under them. I would call someone like Martha Josey at the Josey ranch and talk to someone there if they have the time. You never know they may be looking for some help..

Be honest and fair. fair to the horse and its owner. don't trash talk about your own customers (even if you THINK they suck) make sure you do the work that you promise. Truely Care about the horses that are put in your care and don't keep riding them and taking a clients money just becasue you think you need it. I can not tell you how many trainers have spots open because of these issues...  manage your money and keep your S#!t tight; don't ever run low on hay and let your clients horses get thin. oh and clean their feet out before you ride... geeze I have seen this too drives me crazy
