Whose had a horse have an abnormality in their back that created a saddle sore spot on one side and to help you cut a hole in your pad?
Saddle fit has been addressed and a new saddle is being used. Time for the spot to heal as been given BUT I don't want to affect that fresh tissue thats growing back so I'm seriously thinking about cutting up an old pad.

The Caldwell saddle maker does this. She will evaluate your horses back and cut a spot in the pad if needed

We leased a rope horse who had a build up of scar tissue on one side. They gave us his pad that had a huge hole cut in it to relieve the pressure there.
